Bollywood Stars Wax Statues at Madame Tussaud’s Museum

Madame Tussaud’s has made and exhibited hundreds of wax statues of celebrities from the world over in its history of more than 200 years. Madame Tussauds has wax statues of mostly A-list celebrities which include sports stars, political leaders, film stars and historical icons. World popularity of Bollywood has caught the attention of Madame Tussauds authority and there are many Bollywood celebrities who got the honor to be immortalized by the Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum at London and also in Times Square, New York. Amitabh Bachchhan is the first even Bollywood star who got the honor of joining other 400+ wax statues at Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum in London. Most recent one is Madhuri Dixit whose wax statue is getting unveiled on 7th March 2012. Other Bollywood stars include Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor.

Madhuri Dixit’s wax statue will be unveiled on 7th of March 2012 by Madhuri herself in London. Madhuri is the latest entry from Bollywood stars list.

Amitabh Bachchan (First Bollywood Star to Get Wax Statue at Madame Tussaud’s

Amitabh Bachchan or Big B was the first from Bollywood celebrities list to have a wax statue made for him.

Shah Rukh Khan

Kareena Kapoor’s wax figure was unveiled during October 2011 just a day after the release of her film Ra. One.
